Day 1 closes on a lighter note. After the INSIGNIA Awards Night, stand-up comedian and musical humorist Rohit Swain takes the stage for a live set — observational comedy tuned to a room full of school leaders, with acoustic guitar parodies in between — before the music and dance night begins.

Rohit Swain is one of India's busiest corporate entertainers. He began performing in 2014 while working in IT in Hyderabad, and has since built a repertoire that mixes crisp observational comedy with original song parodies performed on the guitar. His sets stay clean and inclusive, which is why he is a regular at conferences, annual days, offsites and award nights for large organisations.
At INSIGNIA 2026 he performs for the Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools chairpersons' community — a room of educators and entrepreneurs — closing the awards evening at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, Gurugram.
